* All behavioral issues including (but not limited to) urination in the house, separation anxiety, on leash aggression or barrier frustration must go
through a consultation before commencing lessons. Initially, we will do a free phone consultation to determine if your needs match with the
services that Special Paws is able to provide. If you then sign up for lessons with Special Paws, the initial portion of the lesson package that you
sign up for will be spent in an in-depth consultation of the behavioral concern you wish to have addressed. If during this time, it is deemed that
Special Paws is unable to provide the level of treatment your dog requires based on severity of behavior, you will be referred to a behaviorist
and will only be charged a $
50 consultation fee instead of the regular fee for the lesson.
